Xero support can be a frustrating, so talk to a human like me instead!

I just got off the phone to an accountant I know who was a little frustrated trying to solve an issue with Xero for one of his clients. He'd made a request for support, explained everything he could via email and the Xero support team had sent him a link to a general video.
"This didn't answer his question at all!"
Being a little frustrated that the video had only shown him a generalist view of his problem, he called me as he knew I am Xero certified in accounts and payroll and could help him. You see, email support doesn't always work; sometimes you need to talk to a human like me.
So I was able to offer him the right solution within a few moments of him explaining the issue his client was having, and he fixed their Xero accounts while I was on the phone with him.
