Sage 50 allows you to have recurring invoices, though I find it clunky for something like subscription invoicing ...
This Adept Add-On solves an issue with subscription invoicing!
Xero has a better method of dealing with this, using placeholders which can insert a date into a recurring invoice, so it can automatically change on each invoice.
"However, you can get the Adept Sage 50 Subscriptions Add-On
to achieve similar functionality!"
The add-on software is ideal for if you charge membership fees, trade subscriptions, have contracts or any other repeating charge. You don't need to have a separate memorised invoice for each customer. It can work in multiple areas of the software, not just invoices, and can adjust from and to dates in invoice text too.
The software is :
Compatible with multi-company and networked versions of Sage 50
Licensed for use on as many of your company's computers as you like
Compatible with Sage 50 versions 8 to 25 (Sage 50cloud)
Only £150.00 + VAT for a company-wide licence
However, there is a 20% annual renewal fee.
There is a free trial version available that you can download by clicking here, It works with Sage 50 versions 8 to 25 (Sage 50cloud) and costs £180.00 + VAT for a company-wide licence plus 20% Annual Renewal Fees.
"Would you like to know more?"
