As part of this initiative, last October, Sage communicated about a forthcoming price adjustment. Customers with renewal dates on or after June the 1st, 2025, will experience a 12% increase in their subscription costs. Those with renewal dates on April the 1st or May the 1st, 2025, will see an 8% increase.

A standout feature in this update is the introduction of Sage Copilot, an AI-driven productivity assistant integrated into Sage 50 Accounts. Sage Copilot leverages generative AI to monitor business data, helping users streamline tasks, make informed decisions, and enhance overall efficiency.
Another significant enhancement is the AI Document Capture feature. Users can now upload or email receipts and purchase invoices, allowing the AI to extract and pre-fill details for approval. This functionality reduces manual data entry and minimises errors, making financial management more efficient. Included in Sage 50 Accounts, users can approve a set number of receipts and invoices per month, with any usage over this entitlement charged at a specified rate per document approved, added to the monthly invoice.
