Xero offers more ways, To receive payment with ease, Effortless and swift

Running a business comes with various challenges, and getting paid on time is often at the top of the list. I'm excited to share that Xero now offers more ways to get paid, empowering all of us with enhanced options to manage our payment processes efficiently.

Xero has unlocked a suite of online payment features
that can truly transform how we do business!

Statistics show that 81% of customers believe Xero's online invoice functionality helps them receive payments promptly. By introducing these new payment methods, Xero can help you significantly reduce the time it takes to receive payments, allowing you to focus on what matters most: growing your business. Offering multiple payment options means fewer reasons for delayed payments; you can finally accept credit and debit cards, direct debits, digital wallets, Pay by Bank, and even Tap to Pay.

One aspect that excites me about this new functionality is the effortless tracking it allows. With Stripe and GoCardless integrated into Xero, payments are automatically marked as paid within the system, simplifying reconciliation processes. Imagine not having to chase after clients for payments! This feature provides peace of mind and the freedom to concentrate on running the core aspects of a business.

Additionally, these payment methods include convenient features like payment links. When you create an invoice, Xero generates a secure payment link in the background. This allows your customers to pay on the go, whether they're at their desk or out and about. This ease of payment is crucial in today's fast-paced world, as it aligns with customer expectations for instant solutions.

Getting started with Stripe or GoCardless
is incredibly straightforward!

The sign-up process is free, with no monthly fees attached. Only transaction fees will apply when customers make a payment. Whether it's two weeks or two months down the line, knowing that your clients can enjoy graceful cash flow is incredibly rewarding.

Once you have successfully signed up, you can enjoy the assurance of no card processing fees through Stripe or zero transaction fees with GoCardless for eligible transactions for the first 60 days. This is a fantastic chance for businesses to experience the potential of online payments.

This is an excellent announcement from Xero, and I am eager to hear how this shifts your experiences. Efficient payment methods can transform our interactions with customers, improve cash flow, and ultimately drive business growth.

Thanks to Xero, we can now get paid faster and more efficiently!

Until next time ...
