What do you do if you need a service or help you have not needed before? Maybe you're not entirely happy with a service you are using and you'd like to shop around for a new supplier? It's time to read some customer reviews ...
Good customer reviews are important to any business, big or small!
Personally, I will ask trusted colleagues who I work with, or those I network with, for their recommendations and experiences. But then what? If you are given two or three people to choose from, how do you decide who to use?
"Word of mouth is the best way to find the great service you need!"
But you also need to do your own due diligence and check the background of the company you are about to deal with. So turning this theory around, how I can make sure you - yes you - reading this right now, can trust Silicon Bullet to provide the support or the service that you need?
The secret is in customer reviews and recommendations, and ones that are done online so you can check they are left by real people and not just by mates and friends of the service provider.
To this end, we have added to the Silicon Bullet website homepage an easy way for you to view the Facebook and Google customer reviews that have been left for Silicon Bullet. Sometimes I do forget to ask for these, but as internet searches are another way we find new clients, I really need to get more organised.
So, go and visit www.siliconbullet.com and take a look at our latest Google and Facebook customer reviews and see what people are saying about Silicon Bullet. And if you are a customer of ours, do click on the links above to add a customer review of your own.
We'd really appreciate it.
Until next time ...
