Maybe you're not entirely happy with a service you are using and you'd like to shop around for a new supplier? It's time to read some customer reviews ... Good customer reviews are important to any business, big or small! copyright: sirinapa / 123rf Personally, I will ask trusted colleagues who I work with, or those I network with, for their recommendations and experiences. But then what? If you are given two or three people to choose from, how do you decide who to use?
