If you're thinking about business networking in Milton Keynes, take a look at these groups! copyright: rawpixel / 123rf In the years I have been networking, I have seen huge changes in the groups available, how they run their meetings and the people who attend them. There really is something for everyone. Here are just a selection of meetings available in Milton Keynes.
4Networking
4Networking is 50% business and 50% social and has a relaxed and informal atmosphere. With a meeting to suit whatever time of day you prefer to network, no lockout or compulsory attendance and a national network of meetings, you can attend if travelling for business as it offers great flexibility.
Connect Networking
Starting in Northamptonshire then expanding out to surrounding areas, Connect Networking, run by Paul Green, offers another more local network of events including Milton Keynes. Check out Paul's website for more information and to book onto a meeting.
MKFM Monthly Business Networking
On the last Thursday of every month in central Milton Keynes from 5pm to 7pm. You can go to their website to learn more about them and to book onto a meeting.
Milton Keynes Chamber Networking
With a variety of breakfast, lunch or evening events MK Chamber have many opportunities for you to go networking. You can read the details here.
Enigma Business Networking
With groups in Milton Keynes and Northampton on Wednesdays from 6.45am to 8.30am. This is a lockout group so you will only be allowed to visit if your sector is not already represented and you can find out more here.
Personally, I have joined and regularly attend 4Networking. Over the last almost 3 years, I have become involved in supporting the volunteers who run the meetings.
I have really enjoyed getting involved and getting to know and supporting the other team members locally and nationally in the organisation. It has built my confidence, given me great support, and found me new business too.
Whichever group you prefer, you can normally visit a couple of times so you can see where you feel most comfortable. There really is a group for everyone! Until next time ...
